Deposits:

 

Half of full purchase price is required for down payment and the remaining balance is due upon puppy pickup. Deposit is for the purpose of holding the puppy until pick up day. Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Deposits will not be refunded if buyer changes his/her mind for ANY reason. Refunds will only be rewarded to buyer if there is something wrong with the pup. Then is completely refunded or they can choose another pup if one is available.

Delayed Pick-up:

You are allowed one free Delay in pick up. But However; if there is anymore Delays. You will lose your Deposit,full payment, and puppy / dog . This Money will be used for advising the puppy once again to find it a good home.

Health Guarantee and Sales Agreement:

​

This Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of our Knowledge at the time of purchase.

The puppy will have started its first set of shots/de-worming, but puppy is not fully protected until it receives all boosters/repeat de-worming. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to continue such to completion. Viral areas and worming can become an issue when puppy is under stress/public exposure. Seller is not responsible for any vet expenses for such at any time.

Health Guarantee:

This Puppy will be Health Guarantee for ONE-WEEK after pick-up date.

The seller will in no circumstance refund any/part of the purchase price to the buyer. MoonStruck Cockers cannot assume responsibility for this puppy once leaving our premises.

 

Outside of this Health Guarantee “Puppy is sold in an AS IS condition”

​NOT COVERED: ALLERGIES,THYROID DYSFUNCTION, CHERRY EYE,HERNIA THAT IS CAUSED BY INJURY,OR ANY AUTOIMMUNE DISORDERS THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS,SKIN CONDITIONS,EAR INFECTIONS,PARASITES PUPPY HAS BEEN ON REGULAR DEWORMING SCHEDULE,OR PARVOVIRUS PUPPY HAS BEEN VACCINATED NO REFUNDS ARE GONNA BE GIVEN.

MOONSTRUCK COCKERS WILL SEND TWO COPIES OF CONTRACT  OF THESE POLICIES TO YOUR MAILING ADDRESS FOR YOU TO SIGN IT AND DATE IT AND BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAL SERVICE TO SEND ONE COPY BACK TO THE SELLER.
